DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

New for 2012! Sweat Studio proudly presents the PUSH PROGRAM. We are making changes to accommodate the consumer lingering between the lines of personal training and doing a fitness regiment on their own. People that participate in a personal training program obviously have a significant advantage over people that decide to exercise without guidance. When you consider accountability, knowledge, assistance, and motivation from an educated professional, value is considerably noticeable by most.

With the economy low in the cellar, many consumers have veered to an alternative route; “do on my own” exercising and try to utilize different resources to offer support. However, fitness guidance towards the right direction seems to be lacking even with the rise of fitness with mobile technology. The new Push Program by Sweat Studio was developed to fill in the gaps of the void. Consumers that participate will simply meet with their trainer once or twice per week and will be encouraged to exercise one or two additional days at home or in a gym with virtual guidance accessible through their mobile device. Full exercise routines in video and text format, nutritional menus including an intuitive journal are all at the client’s fingertips; a smartphone, tablet or PC. Also, a client can review what exercises they’ve done with their trainer, view how many sessions remaining, view their progress, along with viewing intake and expediture meters. The program is customized towards the client’s goals and is available in the cloud on any device and on any platform.

1. AFFORDABLE – Client only meets with trainer once or twice per week. Most people achieve significant results in fitness if they meet with their trainer three times or more per week but virtual assistance is now available for alternative days.

2. CONVENIENT - Along with easy accessible streaming videos, Sweat Studio has developed an alternative 10 minute workout procedure. These short workouts were designed to expend the maximum calories within a short period to accommodate clients that have time constraints. Efit Tracker’s User Interface is convenient enough for users to use daily without frustrations. Ideal functions are usually faster than any application in the market. It even stomps the number one Apple and Android app when intake entries are performed! Efit Tracker is cloud base with no downloading making it easier to access almost anywhere and anytime for any device.

3. GUIDANCE – Certified Personal Trainers and Nutritionists use Efit Pro (The professional version) to enter your workouts, create nutrition plans and assign client exercise videos directly.

4. ACCOUNTABILITY – If you purchase a regular app, it’s really up to you when or if you use it. This has been one of the most common problems why consumers fail to achieve results on their own. With the Push Program, a client has a weekly appointment and most people rather not let down your trainer or coach. The coach will motivate you to make the effort to stay on the regiment.

6. APP USER ADOPTION LEVELS – With so many different phones and gadgets frequently updating, many can easily become overwhelmed. ABOUT THE PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS
All personal training is tailored to fit the client’s needs based on the initial assessment. Sweat Studio trainers are knowledgeable of functional fitness training, corrective training, along with special training. Kickboxing, boxing, yoga, pilates, performance enhancement and crossfit styles can be implemented pertaining request.

ABOUT THE VIDEO ASSIGNMENTS
A wide variety of exquisite exercise videos are currently available and new videos are being created every week. Some videos feature high intensity training in circuit interval “Tabata” form while others are suited for moderate intensity for novice clients. Every video series provide detailed instructions and a motivating video along with audio only tracks.

Price: A four week program includes: 4 (60 min) Personal Training Sessions, 1 Year Premium Access to Efit Tracker., Nutrition consulting and video workout assignments throughout the four weeks. All for only $159.95. Some people pay this amount for only two 60 minute sessions with a master personal trainer.
