Seven Reasons why November is a great month to get started in a new fitness program.

- REASON 2. Snow Season! If you Ski, Snowboard or just play in the snow, condition your body properly for the cold weather. Or if you are planning to ski those black diamonds this season, be sure you are in great shape to enjoy the slopes safely!
- REASON 3. Begin a Long-term Fitness Program for Spring/Summer of next year. Reaching long term goals, such as losing 20 lbs of fat or gaining 5 to 10 lbs. of muscle are achieved by strategic planning. Realistically, you must plan to work out for a few months utilizing proper weight training techniques, scheduling, cardio training, nutrition and supplementation.
