Over 52 years combined experience as fitness enthusiasts. Two martial arts specialists. Trainer’s with 4-year degrees and physiology education.

The workout floor is sometimes full but rarely ever crowded. We limit the quantity of trainers allowed in our facility and on the floor at one time, so you can benefit from a versatile workout.
Diverse nature of clients: Sweat Studio supports many types of fitness levels, characteristics, personalities, goals, objectives and physical abilities. We have programs for clients with medical problems such as diabetes, rheumatism or obesity and accept the physically challenged individual.

Description of Business
Our personal trainers lead, instruct, and motivate individuals in exercise activities, such as cardiovascular exercise, strength training, nutrition consulting, performance, and flexibility. At Sweat Studio, our professional staff works one-on-one with clients, helping them assess their level of physical fitness. This information is used to create a customized program that is specific to individual needs. The fitness assessment, which includes body fat composition, structural integrity, oxygen recovery and flexibility, is repeated throughout the course of the program in order to provide clients with objective information about the changes in their fitness levels.
Trainers also demonstrate various exercises and help clients improve their exercise techniques. A record is kept during each exercise sessions in order to measure client progress toward physical fitness.
As a client, we encourage you to ask questions and express concerns in order to create an open relationship with our trainers. We are constantly rewarded by our clients’ progress, both mentally and physically.
